Marketing Assistant Level 3
Marketing Assistants are found in every sector and industry across commercial, public sector and not-for-profit organisations. The purpose of the Marketing Assistant role is to support customer-focused marketing activities that drive the demand for a product or service through awareness-raising and perception-building to generate results. As part of the marketing team, the Marketing Assistant will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. Ideally, they will be responsible for delivering the day-to-day marketing activities across a multiple of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.

The Marketing Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard is a nationally recognised route to a wide variety of office professions. The standards and assessment plans that candidates work towards are set by a number of big employers including Mercedes Benz FS Ltd, Walsall Council, Specsavers and many more.
The average UK salary for a person in a Marketing Assistant role, qualified to level 3, is £20,000-£25,000.

The apprenticeship is usually full time employed with a local employer.
Will I get paid?
As a Marketing Apprentice, you will be paid a minimum rate of £4.81 per hour (often more). Apprenticeship wage accurate as of April 2022.
How long does it take to complete?
The average length of time on-programme is up to 21 months, although it can be tailored to suit your needs.
