This Level 1 qualification will give a multi-disciplinary route as an introduction to the construction industry.
Your Course
Students will have the opportunity to experience:
- Bricklaying
- Joinery
- Wall tiling
- Plastering
Please note: If you have not achieved a Grade 4 or above in GCSE English and/or Maths you will be required to continue studying these alongside your college course. Students will be given the option to attend a CSCS card test at an additional cost of £30* to allow them to gain access to construction sites and possible work placement opportunities.
Your Future
On successful completion you should be in a good position to enter the workplace or alternatively enrol on to Level 2 Bricklaying, Site Joinery, Electrical or Plumbing.
